Over eight years ago, I was caught in the loop so many of us know well - waking up, going through the motions, feeling stressed, working a typical 9-to-5, dating lackluster men, and wondering if this was really it. Then one day, I got my very first facial. I still remember the way I felt afterward - lighter, clearer, energized and so inspired. Something shifted in me that day, and it planted a seed I couldn’t ignore.

That one experience eventually led me to move to San Francisco to attend esthetician school at Aveda, where I trained to become a licensed esthetician (this was pre COVID, mind you). And not long after, I began dreaming up a space that was about so much more than skincare. I envisioned a warm, uplifting environment where people could come not just to relax, but to reignite - to feel energized, inspired, and ready to make meaningful shifts in their lives. That’s when The Elevated Esthetician was born.

Over the years, my offerings have grown and evolved (and I’ve moved from one city to the next), always rooted in that original mission: to help people feel more vibrant, more alive, more like themselves again, and also to make them feel like their biggest dreams were within reach. I’ve introduced somatic facials and restorative services designed to nourish not just the skin, but the whole self, from the inside out.

And now, I’m excited to share the next phase of this journey:
The Elevated Esthetician is expanding into digital wellness products.

Why the shift?

To be honest, I love working 1:1 with clients - those in-person sessions are still the heart of what I do. But I’ve also realized that I’m not reaching as many people as I know I can through individual appointments alone. There are so many people out there who are feeling depleted, anxious, overwhelmed, hopeless, stuck in survival mode, disconnected, or simply in need of a pause - and I want to help them, too.

Creating digital products feels like a beautiful way to do just that.

From calming self-regulation tools (that are approachable!) to mindset and somatic-based resources, these offerings are designed to support you from wherever you are. Whether you're navigating stress, starting fresh, dating again, or simply trying to live with more intention, my goal is to give you accessible tools to meet you exactly where you are.

It’s still me, just in a new format.
Still guided by that original spark.
Still infused with care, creativity, and nervous system support and care.
Just reaching a bit farther now.

What’s next?

You’ll still see a light offering of in-person services, especially somatic facials in Austin (because let’s be honest - those will always have my heart). But more and more, you’ll see downloadable tools, self-guided experiences, and digital kits designed to help you feel supported, motivated, seen, and uplifted - no matter where you are in your journey.
