But as I’ve gone deeper into my own personal growth journey, and more recently into entrepreneurship, I’ve learned that confidence isn’t fixed at all. It’s something you can build little by little, the same way you strengthen a muscle at the gym.
This shift in belief has changed everything for me. Over the years, I’ve built more confidence in dating, self-esteem, my career, tackling fears like flying internationally, and now in entrepreneurship.
Most people believe confidence is either natural or that you have to fake it. But through years of research and personal experimentation, I’ve discovered that confidence actually comes from nervous system regulation, small daily habits, and repetition.
